Gabriel Glimpse

Keen on art making since childhood I’m rarely without a pen and paper. I’ll take a note, draw, doodle and make little art cards to trade, give or use as studies for future work.

College life in Minnesota took me from home economics and art education to careers in interior design, creative arts and graphic design. Now, my day job as creative director at Pacific University keeps me amply busy and yet, a maker at heart, my creativity expands beyond graphic design to include watercolor, pen & ink and my newest endeavor, letterpress. Good fortune finds me married to a maker — metal artist, photographer, gardener and a fixer who keeps my presses running as they should. Lucky me.

Now retired, I continue to do my art making and freelance on a limited basis, drop me a line ... maybe it’ll be a good fit. Oh for the love of ink on paper.
